Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I order a Do-It-Yourself party delivery?

We need at least 3 business days to avoid any rush charges, but it’s still subject to availability so always order early if you can! We recommend at least 1-2 weeks’ notice during our busy season (April-September), as some days book up farther in advance. Wednesdays and Thursdays are particularly busy. We might be able to accommodate your request with less than 3 business days’ notice if we have drivers available.  For information about our do-it-yourself sundae parties click here.

We need at least 1 week’s notice to avoid any additional fees, but this doesn’t guarantee availability. We recommend at least 2-3 weeks’ notice during our busy season (April-September) as some days book up farther in advance (Wednesdays and Thursdays are particularly busy). We might be able to accommodate your request with less than 1 week’s notice if we have servers available. Additional fees apply for rush orders.
